LDPE recycling machine is used to recycle the waste LDPE products, like LDPE film, LDPE Sheet, and LDPE bags.
LDPE recycling machines consist of double shaft plastic shredder, plastic crusher, LDPE plastic washing line, and LDPE pelletizing line.
The production principle of the LDPE recycling machine is crushing the waste LDPE into small pieces or flakes with a plastic crusher and plastic shredder.
If the waste LDPE material is dirty, such as soil and oil, we can use the LDPE washing recycling machine to remove its dirt.
Then we can use the LDPE pelletizing recycling machine to make the plastic flakes or scraps into LDPE pellets.
When making the LDPE pellets, we can add some new LDPE, color masterbatch, or caco3 to change its character with the LDPE granulating line.
