The PVC edge banding-making machine also uses the conical twin screw extruder and single screw extruder. It is double-strand by SJSZ48/118 conical twin screw extruder and enables us to produce 400-600mm width PVC edge banding by big SJSZ65/132 extruder. We also need to slit it to small sizes.
When using the single screw extruder in the PVC edge banding making machine, it is single strand extrusion. It can produce 12-50mm width PVC edge banding as it is soft PVC material. The capacity can reach 12000kg in 24hours.
