The vacuum loader is used to upload the plastic material into the plastic extrusion machines. We use the vacuum loader for plastic powder and plastic pellets.
The vacuum loader is made of stainless steel board and a root blower. The blower will suck the plastic material into the hopper dryer or vacuum silo.
The hopper dryer is used for plastic pellets material; it will heat and remove the moisture from the pellets. The vacuum silo is used for plastic powder like PVC powder. It does not need to be heated again, as we have to heat it in the previous high speed mixer.
The vacuum loader is chosen as per the capacity of plastic extruders and the distance between the material to the plastic extruder. We will design the transport distance and vacuum power.
The plastic material is loaded by plastic steel reinforce pipe or stainless steel pipes. We always use plastic pipes for short distances and SS pipes for long-distance loading.
The filter in the vacuum loader is used to remove the dust in the plastic pellets, and the filter is used to reduce the dust in the factory for plastic powder material.
Different filters are used in the vacuum loader; one is the cloth bag, and the other is the dust filter. We need to clean the filters regularly.
The screw loader has the same function as the vacuum loader, but the vacuum loader is very important for plastic powder material (PVC material). We can give a clean production environment by using Wecoex vacuum loader.
Our vacuum loader can be used for single screw extruders, high speed mixers, and twin-screw extruders. Our vacuum loader is an automatic system, and it can load the material automatically. We also connect the vacuum loader system into the plastic extrusion line or the plastic mixing system.
