WPC machine is also named wood plastic composite machine. It is used to produce wood and plastic products. We have the WPC profile machine, WPC foam board machine, WPC door panel machine, and WPC door frame machine.
WPC machine uses the conical twin screw extruder as the main extruder, and it can accept PE/PP wood plastic composite material, PVC-wood material, and PVC resin. WPC machine also uses extrusion technology to make WPC products.
PE/PP WPC machine is used to produce outdoor flooring, fence, and other profiles. It has a 300mm width wood plastic composite machine. PE/PP WPC machine consists of extruder, extrusion mold, vacuum calibration table, cutter, and stacker.
When we use the WPC machine to produce door panel board, it can produce 800-1200mm width PVC door panel. It can also produce wall panels or door frames by smaller size WPC machines, like a 0-600mm width WPC manufacturing machine.
WPC machine used to make WPC foam board can produce 1220mm-2050mm width WPC foam board, and 4-50mm thickness. The WPC foam board can be used for door boards, construction formwork boards, and advertising boards. They can be produced in one set WPC foam board-making machine.

The co-extrusion technology is widely used for PVC WPC machines as we use the foamed PVC to produce WPC products. Then, we use the co-extruder to make its outer layer which will be more shiny and smooth.
